Description

Todas las aplicaciones y sistemas software, en especial las relacionadas con los entornos ATC/ATM, requieren de un mantenimiento evolutivo, versionado y actualización para su correcto funcionamiento. El conjunto de estas actividades se denomina Gestión de Aplicación, internacionalmente Application Management, AM. En particular, para el Sistema ATM sigue siendo necesaria una prestación de servicio de gestión de aplicación del Sistema ATM que responde al siguiente objetivo: ¿ Mantenimiento evolutivo. Cambios y modificaciones no previstas. Por un lado, existe la necesidad de la implementación de cambios software durante la vida operativa de una versión (debido a modificaciones sobre requisitos o a nuevas funcionalidades). Por otro lado, la experiencia demuestra que la activación, o nuevas configuraciones, de funcionalidades implementadas suelen requerir adaptaciones a entorno real. El servicio incluirá soporte a actividades de despliegue de los cambios y actividades extraordinarias derivadas de los mismos. La prestación de servicio de gestión de aplicación del Sistema ATM comprenderá los mantenimientos evolutivos y el soporte a las actividades de despliegues descritas en el presente pliego de prescripciones técnicas. Todo el servicio prestado se instalará, y entregará en estado operativo conforme a los requisitos de este PPT, siendo responsabilidad del Adjudicatario la configuración, y puesta en servicio de todos los elementos sobre el HW proporcionado por ENAIRE, según indique el Director del Expediente o persona que el designe. Debe entenderse Sistema ATM en sentido amplio. En el caso de ENAIRE está conformado por al menos los Sistemas SACTA, COMETA, ICARO, IMPACT e HIPERIÓN.
