Prestación de servicios especializados de asistencia técnica para el soporte de la función de contabilidad, información financiera, reporting regulatorio y gestión fiscal del Instituto de Crédito Oficial, incluyendo el apoyo operativo especializado, elaboración y revisión de información financiera, el análisis e interpretación de la normativa contable, fiscal y prudencial aplicable, la documentación y mejora de procedimientos y la transferencia de conocimiento al personal del ICO. La contratación resulta necesaria debido al incremento progresivo de la cantidad y complejidad de las tareas derivadas del programa España Crece que implica la separación contable y de consumo de capital (ratio de solvencia) entre la actividad del ICO como banco comercial y banco promocional (ring fencing), la necesidad de actualización permanente como consecuencia de cambios regulatorios y de nuevos productos en el ICO, la rotación del personal que exige una adecuada documentación de procedimientos y la transferencia efectiva del conocimiento al personal del departamento de Contabilidad, Presupuestos y Control de Gestión
