Description

El presente condicionado tiene por objeto fijar las condiciones técnicas que regirán en la contratación del servicio de asesoramiento y asistencia técnica para la evolución hacia la gestión archivística integral digital en el Servicio de Archivos y Patrimonio Documental. * Por “gestión archivística integral digital” se entiende, a los efectos de este contrato, el conjunto de procesos y técnicas aplicados de forma regulada, ordenada y eficiente sobre el conjunto del ecosistema archivístico, mediante la transformación y adaptación funcional y tecnológica requeridas conforme a los principios establecidos en la Ley Foral 9/2026, de 20 de mayo, de Archivos, Gestión de Documentos y Patrimonio Documental. Dicho ecosistema alcanza tanto el conjunto de activos de información como las herramientas tecnológicas donde residen y los procesos de gestión de documentos y archivos que los gobiernan, al objeto de una óptima prestación de servicios dirigidos a la ciudadanía desde los centros de archivo. Asimismo, forman parte del ecosistema archivístico la identificación, tratamiento, gestión, preservación y conservación de fondos documentales en su soporte original, singularmente los de naturaleza filmográfica y musical y de las artes escénicas que deben ser sometidos a digitalización por su riesgo de obsolescencia.
