Description

El contrato tiene por objeto proporcionar apoyo técnico especializado a la Dirección General de Calidad Ambiental y Sostenibilidad (en adelante DXCAS) para conseguir un adecuado análisis técnico, asesoramiento y valoración de la información del cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas en las autorizaciones ambientales integradas (AAI) otorgadas en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, según lo dispuesto en el Real Decreto 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre, por lo que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación. El adjudicatario del contrato deberá prestar la asistencia técnica necesaria a la DXCAS para la evaluación de la documentación generada a consecuencia de los seguimientos de las autorizaciones ambientales integradas (AAI) vigentes, otorgadas en virtud de la mencionada norma. El alcance del servicio, con la descripción general de los trabajos a realizar, se recoge en el apartado 3 del pliego de prescripciones técnicas (PPT) aprobado para esta contratación.
