Description
Realización de labores de Oficina de Proyectos (PMO) para la coordinación y supervisión de los trabajos realizados por el adjudicatario del desarrollo del proyecto INTELIGENCIA CARTOGRÁFICA. Desarrollar consultorías especializadas sobre otros sistemas de información del IECA susceptibles de ser incorporados como fuente de datos para el proyecto INTELIGENCIA CARTOGRÁFICA. Realizar un seguimiento continuo especialmente en su vertiente tecnológica y de avance en los procesos de innovación de I+D implementados en el proyecto. Definir controles de calidad y validación del conjunto de herramientas y métodos desarrollados.
