Description

El objeto del contrato es la concesión de servicios para la gestión y explotación del Complejo Funerario de Navalcarnero y las obras de ampliación del cementerio municipal, con las características técnicas establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El canon correspondiente que la adjudicataria deberá abonar al Ayuntamiento se establece en un 15% por cada servicio de Cementerio regulado en la Ordenanza Fiscal vigente y un canon de 80 € por ocupación y día de sala del Tanatorio. Las tarifas a aplicar por el concesionario a los usuarios por la prestación de los servicios de Tanatorio son las vigentes aprobadas por Junta de Gobierno Local, y se expondrán al público en lugar visible en el Tanatorio y corresponderán a: - Uso de sala de Tanatorio por día 600 €. - Gestión de documentación 80€. El valor estimado del contrato asciende a la cantidad de 6.488.714,25 euros, determinado por la previsión de ingresos que se contempla en el Estudio de Viabilidad del contrato, incorporado al expediente de contratación, teniendo en cuenta la duración del contrato.
