Description

Las necesidades administrativas y factores de todo orden a satisfacer a través del contrato encuentran su razón de ser en el Convenio de Colaboración suscrito entre el Ayuntamiento de Pozoblanco y el Instituto Provincial de Bienestar Social (IPBS) para la gestión compartida del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en el municipio, en los términos previstos en el Reglamento para la gestión del servicio público provincial de Ayuda a Domicilio, en cuya virtud corresponde a este ayuntamiento la ejecución material de las actuaciones de carácter personal y necesidades del hogar previstas en el proyecto de intervención social (PRISO); todo ello conforme a los términos del artículo 51 de la Ley 9/2016, de 27 de diciembre, de Servicios Sociales de Andalucía, que atribuye a las Diputaciones Provinciales la gestión de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios en los municipios de la provincia de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la Ley 5/2010, de 11 de junio, de Autonomía Local de Andalucía, cuyo desarrollo a través de la Orden de 27 de julio de 2023, de la Consejería de Inclusión Social, Juventud, Familias e Igualdad por el que se regula el Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía asigna dicha competencia a las Diputaciones Provinciales para la gestión del servicio en los municipios con población inferior a los 20.000 habitantes, permitiendo a estas suscribir convenios de colaboración con los ayuntamientos de su ámbito territorial para la prestación del servicio
