En el marco de su compromiso con la protección social y el bienestar del personal, la Comisión Europea requiere la prestación de servicios de asistencia y apoyo social al personal del Centro Común de Investigación (en inglés Joint Research Centre, en adelante JRC) en Sevilla (España) y a los miembros de su unidad familiar, así como al personal jubilado que resida en la provincia de Sevilla. La información sobre los 2 Lotes se detalla en el punto 5.1 (5.1 Lote: LOT0001 y 5.1 Lote: LOT0002). Lote 1- La Comisión Europea busca un proveedor de servicios que ofrezca asistencia social profesional y confidencial a los empleados del JRC en Sevilla y a los miembros de su unidad familiar, así como a sus empleados jubilados que residan en la provincia de Sevilla. Los servicios que se requieren comprenden: - Información, asesoramiento y apoyo en determinadas situaciones personales, relacionales y financieras; - Gestión de solicitudes de asistencia familiar; - Colaboración con servicios internos y externos para abordar problemas psicosociales.; Lote 2- La Comisión Europea busca un proveedor de servicios que ofrezca apoyo social profesional y confidencial a los empleados del JRC en Sevilla y a los miembros de su unidad familiar, así como a sus empleados jubilados que residan en la provincia de Sevilla. Los servicios que se requieren comprenden: - Punto de contacto principal para el personal en cuestiones de apoyo social; - Organización de actividades que promuevan la cohesión e integración del personal. - Asesoramiento en la búsqueda de vivienda, centros educativos (incluyendo guarderías) y otros aspectos clave para la adaptación del personal y sus familias en Sevilla.
