El objeto de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de ayuda a Domicilio a Personas en Situación de Dependencia en el municipio de la Pobla de Vallbona (a continuación, SAD), en base a la ley 39/2006 del 14 de diciembre de la promoción de autonomía personal y la atención a personas en situación de dependencia, desarrollado por el decreto 62/2017 del 19 de mayo del Consell. que constituye un conjunto de actuaciones llevadas a cabo en el domicilio de las personas en situación de dependencia, con el fin de atender sus necesidades de la vida diaria e incrementar su autonomía, favoreciendo la permanencia en el mismo, en condiciones adecuadas, con estricta sujeción a la memoria del contrato y a las condiciones y requisitos expresados en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas y en este pliego que lo regulan, que tienen carácter contractual. financiado por la Conselleria de Servicios Sociales, Igualdad y Vivienda, en el marco del contrato programa 2025-2028, en los términos y condiciones descritos en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas, en la memoria justificativa del contrato, en el pliego de clausulas administrativas y en la oferta formulada por el licitador que resulte adjudicatario (que no podrá suponer reducción de las obligaciones señaladas en los pliegos y sus anexos).
