Description

La organización, gestión, ejecución y seguimiento de un servicio dirigido a personas sin hogar que tiene como objetivo facilitar alojamiento y una intervención socioeducativa individualizada, a través del modelo Housing First, denominado servicio “Madrid, Hogares para la autonomía”. Las personas destinatarias serán hombres con larga trayectoria de calle y jóvenes de 18-25 años que cuenten con distintas problemáticas asociadas a su situación de calle y que requieran una mayor intervención, a pesar de su corta trayectoria de sinhogarismo.No obstante, con el visto bueno del equipo técnico del Departamento con competencias en prevención del sinhogarismo y atención a personas sin hogar del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, se podrá valorar el acceso de personas que no cumplan estos requisitos, pero que teniendo en cuenta su trayectoria y necesidades, se valore técnicamente, que la metodología de este programa favorecerá un proceso de mejora y recuperación personal.; Las personas destinatarias son mujeres mayores de 18 años en situación de grave exclusión, que hayan sufrido violencia de género y puedan presentar problemas de salud mental, adicciones o patología dual con o sin tratamiento. Las mujeres que accedan a este programa, lo podrán hacer con su pareja en el momento del acceso o durante su proceso de intervención, siempre y cuando no sea el agresor y con el visto bueno del equipo técnico del Departamento con competencias en prevención del sinhogarismo y atención a personas sin hogar del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
