Description

El objeto del contrato consiste en la redacción del Plan Especial y del Proyecto Constructivo de la nueva estación en la Línea 10 de Metro, en el Barrio de Campamento, en el término municipal de Madrid. El proyecto contemplará la ejecución de la nueva estación. Los trabajos que incluye son: - La redacción del Plan Especial conforme a las directrices indicadas en los artículos 50 y 67.1 de la Ley 9/2001, de 17 de julio, del Suelo, de la Comunidad de Madrid, y sus modificaciones y toda aquella normativa urbanística, ambiental y sectorial que sea de aplicación por el ámbito territorial del Plan Especial, y el Compendio de las Normas Urbanísticas del Plan General de cada municipio, y sus modificaciones; la selección de alternativas, y la documentación necesaria para la tramitación ambiental, en su caso, de acuerdo a la Ley 21/2013 de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental e incorporar las modificaciones precisas para su aprobación. - La redacción del Proyecto Constructivo, conforme a la normativa detallada en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares (PPTP) y la realización de todos los trabajos previos de diagnóstico de la situación actual, necesarios para la selección y definición de la solución constructiva a desarrollar mediante la redacción del Proyecto Constructivo y la elaboración de los documentos que lo componen: Memoria junto con sus Anejos, Planos, Pliego, Mediciones y Presupuesto, así como incorporar las modificaciones precisas para su aprobación.
