Description

El encargo profesional de este contrato comprende la redacción de los proyectos básico y de ejecución y la dirección de las obras de la Fase final del Plan Director del Complejo Hospitalario Universitario de Ferrol (CHUF). Pero, además, se redactará también un proyecto básico y de ejecución de las obras previas que es necesario ejecutar para enlazar adecuadamente la nueva obra con la obra en ejecución de la primera fase del Plan Director, así como para preparar el hospital para la ejecución de la Fase final de forma compatible con la actividad asistencial. También se incluye la dirección de las obras de estas obras previas. Previamente los estos proyectos, se redactará un anteproyecto que sirva de base para desarrollar el proyecto de la Fase final del Plan Director y el proyecto de la Fase Previa. Cada uno de los proyectos definirá las características funcionales, formales, constructivas y económicas de las obras. Se basará en las actuaciones definidas en la documentación técnica anexa al Pliego. No obstante, la SPI Galicia, SA y el órgano encomendante podrá solicitar, en cualquier momento, la introducción de modificaciones en la propuesta del proyecto para adaptarse a las necesidades funcionales, económicas o de otra índole que podrían surgir a lo largo del contrato. Estas modificaciones serán de obligado cumplimiento por parte del contratista. Los proyectos objeto del contrato se elaborarán en base al Plan Director del CHUF y al Plan Funcional revisado
