Expected award price
- likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €245,000
- €154,350 to €218,050
Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 78% of their published estimate, half of them between 63% and 89%, based on 1,001 awards of the last 3 years.
Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
