Description

Concurso de proyectos con intervención de jurado, con el fin de llevar a cabo el proceso arquitectónico, con el objetivo de contratar el servicio de redacción del Proyecto básico y ejecutivo para la construcción de la nueva Biblioteca Pepita Ferrer mediante el procedimiento negociado sin publicidad establecido en el art. 168. d) de la LCSP. Este contrato incluirá, en su caso, la dirección facultativa de las obras y la coordinación de Seguridad y Salud de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 168, apartado e) de la LCSP, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años a partir de la suscripción del contrato inicial.
