Description

Es objeto del contrato de contratación mixta de los servicios complementarios de colaboración técnica, material y administrativa de apoyo necesarios para la gestión municipal de los expedientes sancionadores de tráfico y de los restantes expedientes sancionadores de competencia del Ayuntamiento de Meco, con exclusión de los de naturaleza tributaria y urbanística, así como el suministro, instalación, puesta en funcionamiento, mantenimiento y amortización del equipamiento tecnológico destinado a la mejora de la seguridad vial y al control de infracciones. Todo ello conforme a las características que se indican en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas. En ningún caso el objeto del contrato implicará el ejercicio de potestades públicas ni la sustitución del Ayuntamiento en la tramitación jurídico-administrativa de los procedimientos sancionadores, quedando en todo momento reservadas a los órganos y personal funcionario municipales competentes las funciones decisorias, de instrucción jurídica y de ejercicio de autoridad.
