Description

El objeto del contrato es el siguiente: a) La colaboración con la gestión recaudatoria municipal de los créditos tributarios y demás ingresos de derecho público del Ayuntamiento de Algemesí, en período ejecutivo de recaudación. Por ello quedan incluidos en el objeto del contrato todos los conceptos que integran las deudas en este periodo: principal, recargo ejecutivo, recargo de apremio, intereses de demora, costas, así como cualquier otro que sea de exigencia legal. Consiste la gestión recaudatoria a la actividad conducente a la realización de los créditos tributarios y demás ingresos de derecho público. En este aspecto las facultades del Ayuntamiento serán tan amplias que, en cualquier momento, podrá decidir incorporar o excluir del objeto de este concurso cualquier clase de concepto o exacción o parte de la gestión recaudatoria sin que el adjudicatario tenga derecho a indemnización por los fluctuaciones que puedan darse en el volumen de los cargos de valores. b) La colaboración con la gestión del procedimiento sancionador y la recaudación en periodo voluntario de recaudación de multas en materia de Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial, las sanciones por incumplimiento de la Ordenanza reguladora de la tasa por estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en determinadas vías públicas de la ciudad, así como otras sanciones administrativas impuestas por el Ayuntamiento de Algemesí. c) La colaboración con la organización del Servicio de Inspección y, por tanto, la gestión del procedimiento en la realización de los trabajos de comprobación e investigación para la detección de hechos imponibles no declarados susceptibles de liquidación, referidos a todos los tributos y demás ingresos de derecho público de carácter municipal, así como de proporcionar el personal correspondiente del Ayuntamiento la formación necesaria para el desarrollo del trabajo.
