Es la prestación de los servicios propios de una Agencia de Viajes que incluye aquellos inherentes a la gestión y asistencia de los desplazamientos, traslados y alojamiento en cualquier tipo o régimen, así como otros servicios complementarios, de los responsables y personal que conforma la plantilla trabajadora del Patronato, así como cualquier otra persona por cuenta de ésta y que no estén incluidas en esta definición, estando inmersa en el contexto de algún proyecto, actividad o servicio que el Patronato tenga en marcha, tanto en los viajes de carácter institucional como profesional que se realicen en orden a la realización de la actividad que desarrolla el organismo, o en la que participe, y que comprende la asistencia a ferias, eventos, congresos, encuentros, jornadas, jornadas profesionales, acciones promocionales, actos institucionales o análogos, hasta viajes de familiarización para profesionales del sector, como agentes de viajes o turoperadores (‘fam trips’) y de medios informativos (‘press trips’), incentivos, grupos o similares.
