El contrato consiste en la prestación del servicio de un touroperador que posibilite la llegada de turistas y excursionistas a la Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta, así como la promoción del destino Ceuta a través de una campaña de comercialización y difusión en medios de comunicación. para la consecución del objetivo de atraer a Ceuta el mayor número de turistas que se traduzcan en pernoctaciones.El objeto del contrato está dividido en tres apartados: 1. Venta de paquetes turísticos que incluyan pernoctación en Ceuta, 2. Campaña de comercialización del destino Ceuta y 3. Campaña de difusión de las diferentes promociones.
