selección de empresas proveedoras que realicen tareas de reparación y ampliación en el sistema de cableado estructurado en los edificios de la Universidad de Sevilla. El alcance de este documento se circunscribe a las acciones que frecuentemente hay que realizar en el SCE de todos los edificios de la US, así como todos los trabajos complementarios que sean necesarios realizar para su correcta ejecución (documentación, certificaciones, retirada de material obsoleto, etc, etc,). Quedan excluidas todas aquellas actuaciones que sean de obras de mayor envergadura como instalaciones en edificios nuevos, reformas integrales, etc. Se incluyen en este acuerdo marco aquellos servicios que, aunque no se encuentren expresamente reflejados en este documento, tengan igual o similar naturaleza. No hay límite (ni inferior ni superior) en el número de actuaciones a prestar por las empresas adjudicatarias, como consecuencia de la fluctuación de las necesidades reales que tengan que resolverse en los edificios de la US. Esto implica que no existe compromiso de ejecutar un importe mínimo y, por tanto, los contratistas no podrán exigir cantidades determinadas o importes máximos como condición del servicio a prestar. El presente acuerdo marco no supone un acuerdo exclusivo por parte de la US con las empresas adjudicatarias sobre los servicios que se incluyen en el mismo.
