Constituye el objeto del Acuerdo Marco el suministro de diverso material sanitario con destino al servicio SAMUR Protección Civil, de la Dirección General de SAMUR Protección Civil. En el presente pliego se fijan las condiciones técnicas que deben cumplir los artículos a suministrar, lo cual se llevará a cabo previa la adjudicación de los contratos basados en el Acuerdo Marco, todo ello de conformidad con el artículo 219 y siguientes de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público MATERIAL FUNGIBLE PARA EQUIPOS ELECTROMEDICINA ESPECIALIZADOS: Las características técnicas de los diferentes artículos del este lote se recogen en el Anexo I del pliego. Todos ellos deben cumplir las condiciones técnicas fijadas en el pliego y ser aptos para el uso que se indica.
