Description

El art. 2 de la Ley Orgánica 9/2015, de 28 de julio, de Régimen de Personal de la Policía Nacional, establece que la Policía Nacional “dispondrá de los medios materiales y humanos necesarios para el eficaz ejercicio de su misión”. Se pretende dotar y reponer a las unidades policiales de las placas balísticas que reúnan las características y el nivel de seguridad acorde con las funciones que desempeñan y a los riesgos a los que se hallan expuestas.
