El objeto de este contrato es el “Suministro de licencias y Servicio de Asistencia Técnica del Software del puesto de trabajo corporativo”, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Tipo (en adelante PCAPT), en el Pliegos de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Específicas (en adelante PCAPE); y en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (en adelante PPT), que figura en el expediente y cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tiene carácter contractual. Todos los pliegos están publicados en esta plataforma.-----------------------------------------Se trata de un contrato mixto, comprendiendo prestaciones propias del contrato de suministro y del contrato de servicios, siendo la prestación principal el suministro----------------------------------Para el cumplimiento del suministro y renovación de licencias en cada uno de los lotes, la empresa adjudicataria deberá cumplir con uno de los siguientes requisitos: Ser el propio fabricante de la solución; Ser partner autorizado del fabricante del software objeto del lote correspondiente, acreditado por el certificado de partner en vigor; o Disponer de una carta de autorización por parte del fabricante respecto a la prestación del objeto del lote. El objeto de este lote es el “Suministro de licencias y Servicio de Asistencia Técnica del Software del puesto de trabajo corporativo: Licencias y soporte de software de puesto de trabajo Microsoft”, de conformidad con lo dispuesto los pliegos que están publicados en esta plataforma.; El objeto de este lote es el “Suministro de licencias y Servicio de Asistencia Técnica del Software del puesto de trabajo corporativo: Licencias y soporte de software de software colaborativo Google”, de conformidad con lo dispuesto los pliegos que están publicados en esta plataforma.
