Description

El objeto del presente contrato es el suministro de una licencia de software que permita la disponibilidad de un sistema de apoyo al organismo de acceso de datos de salud para el Espacio de Datos de Salud de la Comunidad de Madrid y los servicios de configuración de la herramienta suministrada y de asesoramiento para su implantación en el organismo de acceso de datos de salud. Igualmente, se deberán prestar los servicios de oficina de apoyo consistentes en diseñar el mecanismo de solicitudes de acceso a datos, construir los flujos de trabajo en la herramienta suministrada, construir entornos de procesamiento seguro para las solicitudes aprobadas y gestionar el catálogo de datos asociado al organismo de acceso de datos de salud de la región. Todo ello con el fin de pilotar el funcionamiento de la herramienta suministrada de cara a la plena aplicación del reglamento sobre Espacio Europeo de Datos de Salud (EEDS).
