Description
El objeto del presente Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT) es la renovación del acuerdo de licenciamiento Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) para garantizar la continuidad del mantenimiento ¿incluyendo derechos de actualización y soporte técnico estándar¿ de los productos ESRI utilizados por ENAIRE. Asimismo, se contempla la contratación de un servicio de apoyo tecnológico proporcionado por el fabricante, orientado a asegurar la operatividad, evolución y capacidad de respuesta ante futuras necesidades del Sistema de Información Geográfica (GIS) de ENAIRE E.P.E., denominado INSIGNIA. Dada la criticidad adquirida y el uso extendido de las aplicaciones web cartográficas desarrolladas por ENAIRE sobre tecnología ESRI, como INSIGNIA, Drones, entre otras, resulta necesario disponer también de un servicio de soporte avanzado en modalidad 24x7, que permita atender de forma inmediata todas las incidencias de severidad 1 que puedan afectar a la plataforma.
