Las actuaciones previstas forman parte del Programa de Medidas del Plan de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación (PGRI) de Segundo Ciclo de la Demarcación Hidrográfica del Segura, aprobado por Real Decreto 26/2023, de 17 de enero, donde se recogen bajo el epígrafe “Canalización hacia la rambla de Pescadería por la avenida Fernando Muñoz Zambudio (T.M. Los Alcázares)”. Estas obras se consideran de interés general, conforme al artículo 46.1.b) del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Aguas a la disposición adicional segunda del Real Decreto-ley 27/2021, por quedar incluidas dentro del Marco de Actuaciones Prioritarias para recuperar el Mar Menor, en el apartado dedicado a la gestión del riesgo de inundaciones. Financiado Fondos FEDER Programa Pluriregional de España FEDER 21-27 (2021ES16RFPR001)
