Description

Las actuaciones previstas forman parte del Programa de Medidas del Plan de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación (PGRI) de Segundo Ciclo de la Demarcación Hidrográfica del Segura, aprobado por Real Decreto 26/2023, de 17 de enero, donde se recogen bajo el epígrafe. Actuaciones para la intercepción de escorrentía difusa aguas abajo de la AP-7 y canalización hacia la rambla de la Pescadería (T.M. Los Alcázares)”. Financiado con Fondos FEDER Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España 2021-2027. Estas obras se consideran de interés general, conforme al artículo 46.1.b) del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Aguas y a la disposición adicional segunda del Real Decreto-ley 27/2021, por quedar incluidas dentro del Marco de Actuaciones Prioritarias para recuperar el Mar Menor, en el apartado dedicado a la gestión del riesgo de inundaciones. Financiado con Fondos FEDER Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España 2021-2027
