El alcance incluye: - Mantenimiento de los subsistemas del CPD: Sistemas de alimentación eléctrica. Sistemas de refrigeración/climatización Grupo Electrógeno. Sistemas de ventilación. Sistema de videovigilancia. Sistema de control de accesos. - Soporte técnico y mantenimiento remoto de las plataformas tecnológicas: Microsoft Active Directory. Servidores Windows Server. Servidores Linux Server. Plataforma de virtualización VMware. Plataforma de publicación de aplicaciones Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Controladora de acceso Citrix NetScaler. Sistema de copias de seguridad Veeam Backup & Replication. Bases de datos Oracle 19c. - Servicio de Monitorización y guardias 24x7 tanto de los subsistemas como de las plataformas tecnológicas anteriores
