Description

El presente contrato tiene la naturaleza de contrato mixto en el que se integran las diferentes prestaciones objeto del contrato: El objeto principal son todos los servicios asociados a los distintos mantenimientos y al soporte técnico de la Plataforma que determinan la cualificación que prevé el artículo 17 de la LCSP, como contrato de servicios. Por otra parte, para actualizar la Plataforma es necesario el suministro de equipamiento fisico y de equipamiento software para la renovación de la citada Plataforma sustituyendo elementos obsoletos con el objeto de actualizar y mejorar las prestaciones del sistema.
