El objeto de este contrato es la reducción del consumo energético en edificios y equipamentos municipales por medio de un contrato mixto de servicios energéticos con suministro. Así mismo, contemplará el servicio de ajuste de potencia contratada en los edificios municipales que participen en este servicio i la valoración de los excedentes producidos por las instalaciones solares fotovoltaicas. Servei de reducció del consum energètic en els edificis de l’Ajuntament de Lleida per mitjà d’un model de contracte mixt de serveis energètics amb subministrament; Servei de reducció del consum energètic en els edificis del CNC (Centre de Negocis i Convencions - La Llotja) per mitjà d’un model de contracte mixt de serveis energètics amb subministrament; Servei de reducció del consum energètic en els edificis de la Fira de Lleida per mitjà d’un model de contracte de serveis energètics; Servei de reducció del consum energètic en els edificis de l’IMO (Institut Municipal d’Ocupació Salvador Seguí) per mitjà d’un model de contracte de serveis energètics; Servei de reducció del consum energètic en els edificis del Consorci del Parc Agrobiotech per mitjà d’un model de contracte mixt de serveis energètics amb subministrament
