Description

La Ley 34/2007, de 15 de noviembre, de calidad del aire y protección de la atmósfera establece la obligación de las comunidades autónomas de evaluar anualmente la calidad del aire regional. Esta evaluación ha de llevarse a cabo en base a los criterios indicados en el Real Decreto 102/2011, de 28 de enero, relativo a la mejora de la calidad del aire que establece la necesidad de disponer de estaciones fijas de medida de la calidad del aire con unos requisitos de ubicación, equipamiento y gestión muy precisos. Para garantizar la calidad de los datos generados es necesario disponer de un sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo así como la realización de otras tareas que permitan el adecuado funcionamiento de todos los sistemas y procesos que intervienen en el funcionamiento de esta Red.
