La presentación del presente acuerdo marco tiene por objeto crear un marco contractual, tanto técnico como económico, que regirá los suministros de combustibles para el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Sagunto. El objeto del presente pliego es determinar las características y condiciones de los suministros de combustibles. Se contempla una doble modalidad que tendrán su reflejo en una diferenciación en lotes: el abastecimiento en estaciones de servicio y el suministro de carburante a domicilio para abastecimiento de depósitos de instalaciones de climatización. Determinado el objeto principal del acuerdo, se han incluido prestaciones adicionales por la afinidad con el objeto del proyecto: suministro de aditivos para motores y limpieza de vehículos, pudiéndose prestar ambas en estaciones de servicio. La finalidad última es hacer uso de las herramientas previstas en la legislación vigente para acomodar las necesidades municipales en materia de contratación. En consecuencia, esta administración requiere de la cooperación de un tercero especializado para que, en calidad de proveedor designado, asuma las siguientes prestaciones: SUMINISTRO DE COMBUSTIBLES PARA VEHÍCULOS.- Disponibilidad de una red de estaciones de servicio que posibilite la recarga de combustible mediante un grado de cobertura adecuado para el funcionamiento municipal. SUMINISTRO DE ADITIVOS.- Suministro de urea AUS32 (disolución de urea al 32.5%), utilizado para reducir las emisiones de óxidos de nitrógeno (NOx) causadas por los escapes de los motores diésel, mediante reducción catalítica selectiva (RCA). LIMPIEZA DE VEHÍCULOS.- Disponibilidad de instalaciones propias o conveniadas para la limpieza de vehículos, pero con un grado de cobertura suficiente. SUMINISTRO DE GASOLEO PARA CALEFACCION.- Servicio de recarga a domicilio de combustible para calefacción mediante vehículo cisterna. Lote 1: Prestación de servicios o suministro en estación.; Lote 2: Suministro a domicilio de carburante.
