The Administration of the Chartered Community of Navarra intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of natural gas. The agreement will also be open to entities that adhere to it, allowing other public bodies connected to the arrangement to benefit from the same supply conditions. The procurement covers a single lot, so all natural gas supplies are grouped together in one lot rather than being divided by consumption level, location or any other criterion. The supplier awarded the framework agreement will be responsible for delivering natural gas to the contracting administration and to any affiliated entities that join the arrangement during its term.
