Description

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el Anexo I del PCAP, el objeto de este contrato es el Suministro mediante arrendamiento de 140 equipos nuevos, a estrenar y no reciclados, digitales de copia, impresión, escaneo y fax y el correspondiente servicio de mantenimiento, para realizar las tareas de reprografía con destino a los Órganos Judiciales de Málaga y provincia, abarcando tanto la parte fija correspondiente al precio de arrendamiento de los equipos de reprografía y la parte variable correspondiente al canon del mantenimiento por copias realizadas de dichos equipos durante el período de vigencia del contrato. La empresa adjudicataria deberá aportar los dispositivos de impresión y digitalización necesarios, el software de administración y control asociado y garantizar su perfecto funcionamiento, gestionar la reposición y retirada de consumibles y posibilitar su uso por parte de los usuarios en las condiciones que determine el pliego de prescripciones técnicas y de acuerdo con las directrices del Responsable del contrato. Las características técnicas y requisitos mínimos de los 140 Equipos nuevos de fotocopiadoras B/N, a estrenar y no reciclados, son los señalados en el Anexo I del PCAP.
