Description

El objeto de este expediente es el suministro, instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha de todo el equipamiento necesario para la dotación técnica del sistema de teletexto y accesibilidad, con el objetivo de la emisión de los contenidos de accesibilidad de todos los canales de RTVE. Se pretende renovar el actual equipamiento instalado en los centros de producción de Torrespaña, Cataluña y Canarias, ya obsoleto, por nuevo equipamiento centralizado en Torrespaña que incluya los canales de nueva creación 2CAT, en Cataluña, y UHD 2, en Torrespaña, además de nuevas funcionalidades como la transcripción automática para la subtitulación de eventos en directo para todos los canales. No es objeto de este expediente el suministro de las licencias de software necesarias para este sistema, pero sí la coordinación con el fabricante de éstas y la integración de los flujos correspondientes.
