A Spanish contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of computer equipment. The scope covers storage servers and switches; desktop and laptop computers and docking stations; and accessories and peripherals. A dynamic purchasing system is an open, repetitive procedure in which interested suppliers may submit an application for admission at any time during its validity, and contracts are then awarded through subsequent individual competitions among the admitted suppliers. Suppliers of IT hardware may participate in line with the conditions set out in the full tender documents.
