El contrato tiene 2 finalidades: a) La adquisición de nuevos equipos de red cableada e inalámbrica para la sustitución de equipos y ampliaciones. b) La contratación del soporte y asistencia técnica para el equipamiento y elementos de software de servicios de red, tanto actuales como de nueva adquisición durante el periodo comprendido ente el 1 de enero de 2027 y el 31 de diciembre de 2031. Según establece el artículo 33 de la Ley Foral 2/2018, de 13 de abril, de Contratos Públicos, el presente contrato contiene prestaciones de distinta naturaleza siendo el carácter principal del mismo el de un suministro.
