Description

El objeto del presente contrato consiste en el suministro, instalación, integración, configuración y puesta en servicio de un sistema audiovisual integral destinado a un espacio polivalente del Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona, actualmente en fase de construcción, que permita el adecuado desarrollo de actos institucionales, eventos, presentaciones y otras actividades de carácter público. El sistema audiovisual comprenderá, entre otros elementos, soluciones de visualización, sonorización, captación y distribución de señales audiovisuales, así como los elementos auxiliares necesarios para su correcto funcionamiento, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El contrato incluye asimismo las tareas de integración entre los distintos subsistemas, la realización de pruebas de funcionamiento y la puesta en servicio del conjunto de la solución, así como la prestación de servicios de mantenimiento, soporte técnico y asistencia a eventos durante la vigencia del contrato. Adicionalmente, el contrato contempla el suministro bajo demanda de equipamiento audiovisual e iluminación para eventos, en los términos establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
