23/S/26/SU/DG/A/C02 Suministro con instalación, puesta en marcha, acondicionamiento y mantenimiento de un equipo PET-CT destinado al Servicio de Medicina Nuclear del Complejo Hospitalario Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria (CHUNSC). En particular, el objeto contractual comprende, de forma no limitativa: - El suministro de un sistema PET-CT completo y operativo, que incluya todos los componentes esenciales para su funcionamiento clínico habitual de acuerdo con lo establecido en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas. - El desmontaje y retirada para su destrucción del PET-CT existente en la sala donde se ubicará el nuevo equipo y los equipos de las salas técnicas, control y exploración. - El acondicionamiento, previo a la instalación del equipo y una vez desmontado el equipo actual, de la sala de exploración, la sala técnica y la sala de control. - La ejecución de todas las tareas de instalación, tanto en lo referente al montaje, conexionado y calibración del equipo, como a las posibles adecuaciones menores de infraestructura necesarias para su correcta ubicación, incluyendo integración con sistemas de gases medicinales, climatización, red eléctrica, conexión de datos, sistemas de blindaje y cualquier otro elemento auxiliar necesario. - La realización de todas las pruebas de aceptación, verificaciones funcionales, calibraciones y procedimientos necesarios para la puesta en marcha clínica del equipo, con cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables en materia de seguridad, protección radiológica y producto sanitario. - El mantenimiento durante el periodo de garantía (2 años) y mantenimiento integral y evolutivo durante ocho (8) años (posteriores al periodo de garantía). - La formación del personal clínico, técnico e ingeniero implicado en la operación, explotación y mantenimiento del sistema, tanto en fase inicial como en actualizaciones relevantes. - La entrega de toda la documentación técnica, manuales de operación, certificados de conformidad y planos, así como el acompañamiento técnico durante el proceso de legalización ante el Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear (CSN), si procede.
