Description

Constituye el objeto del contrato el suministro, mediante arrendamiento financiero con opción de compra, del césped artificial de los campos de fútbol F-11 y F-7 municipales de Calldetenes, incluida la retirada previa del césped actualmente existente, el suministro e instalación del nuevo césped, el marcado deportivo, los rellenos, la prestación en los prestaciones y la puesta en servicio, el mantenimiento, en el Proyecto ejecutivo para la sustitución del césped artificial de los campos de F-11 y F-7 de la zona deportiva municipal de Calldetenes, tramitado en el expediente X2026000196, así como en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas y en el resto de documentación contractual. Las necesidades administrativas que se pretenden satisfacer son la reposición del césped artificial existente, que ha llegado al final de su vida útil, y la mejora de las condiciones de uso de los campos de fútbol municipales para la práctica deportiva, todo ello en ejercicio de las competencias propias municipales previstas en el artículo 25.2.l) de la Ley 7/1985, de la Ley 7/1985, de la Ley 7/1985. La idoneidad del contrato viene determinada por la necesidad de garantizar unas condiciones adecuadas de seguridad, funcionalidad y calidad de la práctica deportiva, así como por la insuficiencia de medios propios municipales para ejecutar directamente una prestación de esta naturaleza, dada su especialización técnica, material y financiera.
