Description

Constitueix l’objecte del contracte el subministrament, mitjançant arrendament financer amb opció de compra, de la gespa artificial dels camps de futbol F-11 i F-7 municipals de Calldetenes, inclosa la retirada prèvia de la gespa actualment existent, el subministrament i instal·lació de la nova gespa, el marcatge esportiu, els reblerts, la posada en servei, el manteniment, l’assegurament i la resta de prestacions auxiliars vinculades, en els termes previstos en el Projecte executiu per a la substitució de la gespa artificial dels camps de F-11 i F-7 de la zona esportiva municipal de Calldetenes, tramitat en l’expedient X2026000196, així com en el plec de prescripcions tècniques i en la resta de documentació contractual. Les necessitats administratives que es pretenen satisfer són la reposició de la gespa artificial existent, que ha arribat al final de la seva vida útil, i la millora de les condicions d’ús dels camps de futbol municipals per a la pràctica esportiva, tot plegat en exercici de les competències pròpies municipals previstes a l’article 25.2.l) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local. La idoneïtat del contracte ve determinada per la necessitat de garantir unes condicions adequades de seguretat, funcionalitat i qualitat de la pràctica esportiva, així com per la insuficiència de mitjans propis municipals per executar directament una prestació d’aquesta naturalesa, atesa la seva especialització tècnica, material i financera.
