En cumplimiento de los principios de necesidad, idoneidad y eficiencia establecidos en el artículo 28 de la LCSP la naturaleza y extensión de las necesidades que pretenden cubrirse mediante la celebración del presente contrato, se encuadran dentro del ámbito de las funciones y competencias atribuidas a esta Gerencia determinándose con precisión la idoneidad del objeto y contenido del contrato en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Estamos ante un contrato necesario para atender los fines y actividades propios de la Gerencia Territorial de Servicios Sociales de Burgos y sus centros dependientes , como lo es el servicio de comidas para la correcta atención de los usuarios de los Centros. Para la correcta elaboración de los menús es necesario disponer de los bienes objeto del mencionado suministro. Es necesario acudir a medios externos para contratarlo por carecer este organismo de los medios necesarios para llevarlo a cabo. Residencia personas mayores Miranda
