Description

El presente procedimiento tiene por objeto el arrendamiento de vehículos (renting), incluyendo su mantenimiento y seguro. Se trata por tanto de un contrato mixto, con arreglo a los artículos 18 y 34.2 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP) al contener prestaciones propias del contrato de suministro (arrendamiento de vehículos conforme al artículo 16.1) y del contrato de servicios (mantenimiento y seguros conforme al artículo 17 de la LCSP). Contrato sujeto a regulación armonizada El suministro es de los contemplados en el artículo 16.3.a) de la LCSP, en los que el empresario se obliga a entregar una pluralidad de bienes de forma sucesiva y por precio unitario. El número total de entregas o prestaciones incluidas en el objeto del contrato no se define con exactitud al tiempo de celebrar este, por lo que se aprueba un presupuesto máximo. Se divide el contrato en distintos Lotes, en atención a la tipología de los vehículos. De este modo, se establece en el PCAP un cuadro representativo de la estimación de las unidades para cada Lote, y de las unidades mínimas. Vehículo de 5 plazas, dotado de cuatro puertas y portón trasero, equipado con motor eléctrico con un mínimo de potencia de 120 CV y una capacidad de baterías de 52 Kwh útiles que permita como mínimo 340 Km de autonomía eléctrica homologados.
