Suministro de un autobús urbano seminuevo, de piso bajo continuo, clasificado como vehículo de la Clase I y Categoría M3. El vehículo deberá contar con tecnología de propulsión híbrida diésel-eléctrica no enchufable (autorrecargable, que no requiera conexión previa a red de electricidad). Para ser considerado seminuevo debe cumplir todo lo siguiente: a. antigüedad inferior a 4 años desde fecha de matriculación b. menos de 150.000 km recorridos c. único propietario anterior d. sin accidentes de consideración
