Description

El objeto del presente contrato es el suministro, en la modalidad de arrendamiento sin opción a compra, de material deportivo cardiovascular y de musculación, para las salas multitrabajo del centro deportivo municipal La Cruces del Distrito de Latina, relacionado en el Anexo I del pliego de prescripciones técnicas, con arreglo a las características técnicas que se establecen de manera detallada para cada producto en el Anexo II del citado pliego. En aplicación del artículo 298 de la LCSP, el arrendador o empresario asumirá, durante el plazo de vigencia del contrato, la obligación del mantenimiento del objeto del mismo. El contrato incluye la instalación y el mantenimiento necesario para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas durante todo el plazo de ejecución, así como su retirada al término del mismo.
