Description

l objeto del presente contrato es el suministro, en la modalidad de arrendamiento sin opción a compra, de material deportivo cardiovascular y de musculación, para las salas multitrabajo de los centros deportivos municipales Daoiz y Velarde y La Chopera, del Distrito de Retiro. En aplicación del art. 298 de la LCSP, el arrendador o empresario asumirá durante el plazo de vigencia del contrato la obligación del mantenimiento del objeto del mismo. El contrato incluye la instalación y el mantenimiento necesario para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas durante todo el plazo de ejecución, así como su retirada al término del mismo. Las empresas que participen en la licitación deberán presentar oferta a la totalidad del material deportivo que se detalla en los anexos I, II y III.
