Description

Es objeto del presente contrato la realización de las obras de remodelación y adecuación del Edificio CUB como edificio de investigación no experimental al Parc Científic de Barcelona, comprendidas estas dentro del proyecto debidamente aprobado y en la memoria que acompañan la licitación. De este modo, la ejecución de las obras se llevará a cabo conforme al proyecto técnico aprobado, con el fin de entregar el edificio completamente acabado, equipado y en condiciones de plena operatividad y ocupación, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales establecidas. Estas obras son imprescindibles para la instalación de un importante centro de investigación, que impone a la Fundació Parc Científic de Barcelona la obligación de tener finalizadas las obras antes del 31 de diciembre de 2027. Es objeto del presente contrato la realización de las obras de remodelación y adecuación del Edificio CUB como edificio de investigación no experimental al Parc Científic de Barcelona, comprendidas estas dentro del proyecto debidamente aprobado y en la memoria que acompañan la licitación.
