Extension of the drainage channel in Lange Strasse

The municipality of Wendeburg intends to extend the existing northern road drainage in Lange Strasse in the district of Bortfeld, between the properties at Lange Strasse 1A and Lange Strasse 9. The partly interrupted channel along the edge of the carriageway will be completed over a total length of about 192 m, creating a continuous water flow and a clear structural separation between the carriageway and the adjacent roadside area. No full renewal of the carriageway or side areas is included. The new channel will be a three-row concrete paving stone gutter of 160 x 160 x 140 mm units with a total width of about 48 cm, built on a concrete foundation. New road gullies will be constructed and connected to the existing drainage, and existing shaft covers and fittings within the channel route will be adjusted and integrated.
