Die RCG benötigt ein Wertgutachten für ihre Lokomotivflotte. Es werden sowohl der Marktwert (MV) als auch der Liquidationswert (LV)
der Flotte bestimmt. Die Ermittlung des Liquidationswertes erfolgt unter der Prämisse eines regulären (nicht forcierten) Verkaufs im
Zweitmarkt. Die Flottenbewertung wird in Anlehnung an die International Valuation Standards (IVS) 2024 durchgeführt. Markt- und Liq
uidationswert werden sowohl unter Anwendung der kostenbasierten Replacement-Cost-(RC-)Methode als auch der einkommensbasierten Disco
unted-Cashflow-(DCF-) Methode ermittelt.
