Description

Die Stadt Bad Berka führt ein Planerauswahlverfahren durch, da beabsichtigt ist den Planungsauftrag zeitnah zu vergeben. Straßenplanung ohne Straßenbeleuchtung: Die im B-Plan festgesetzte Straßenfläche hat eine Länge von ca. 250 m und eine Breite von maximal 7,00 m. Auf Grund der geringen Straßenbreite wird eine Mischverkehrsfläche in Asphaltbauweise angestrebt mit der niedrigsten Lastklasse. Die Einfassung der Verkehrsfläche soll einseitig mit durchbrochenen Borden zur Wasserableitung erfolgen. Die Straßenentwässerung soll im Minimalumfang mit hergestellt werden. Im Zuge der Planung ist die Schaffung von öffentlichen Stellplätzen zu untersuchen. Auf die Herstellung eines Wendehammers am westlichen B-Plangeltungsbereiches wird in Absprache mit den Anliegern verzichtet. Die Mülltonnen sollen weiterhin von den Anliegern zu einem bestimmten Bereich transportiert werden, welcher vom Entsorgungsbetrieb problemlos angefahren werden kann. Im Bereich der Straßenflächen sollen neben die bestehenden Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen drei Leerrohre z.B. für den späteren Glasfaserausbau mit verlegt werden. Auf die Verlegung von Straßenbeleuchtungskabel wird verzichtet. Geschätzte anrechenbare Kosten: 168.000 €
