Die Alterszentrum Frohmatt AG betreibt an den Standorten Wädenswil und Schönenberg ein Alterszentrum mit 172 Pflegebetten. Im Rahmen eines Studienauftrags im selektiven Verfahren nach Ordnung SIA 143 wurde für den Standort Wädenswil das Projekt «Kolibri» von Scheibler & Villard GmbH, Basel, einstimmig zur Weiterbearbeitung empfohlen. Das Vorhaben umfasst nach Überprüfung der Projektziele und Überarbeitung des Siegerprojekts folgende Etappen: Etappe 1: Anbau Haus See - 42 Pflegeplätze (Inbetriebnahme 2029) Etappe 2: Ersatzneubau Haus Berg - 38 Alterswohnungen und 56 Pflegeplätze, Restaurant, Gesundheitszentrum, allg. Bereiche, Parkierung (Inbetriebnahme 2031) Für beide Teilprojekte sind Erstellungskosten BKP 1-5 von CHF 40 Mio. (Zielkosten) veranschlagt. Gesucht wird eine qualifizierte Firma für die Bauherrenvertretung (BHV) gemäss LHO KUB, Ausgabe 2019, und Modell Bauplanung SIA 112. Das Mandat umfasst die SIA-Phasen 3 bis 5 (Projektierung, Ausschreibung und Realisierung)
